Mr. Belli has managed companies and consulted for over twenty five years. He is experienced in strategic planning, turnarounds, systems life cycle planning, best practice development, operational reviews, start-ups and liquidity events.
More than 50% of his time with Source One is spent meeting with customers to assist them in strategic planning and roll out of their strategic sourcing project. Mr. Belli’s main role is to assure that customers get the resources needed to achieve the best possible results and in developing strategy to optimize savings. He is involved with customers from the time that they are a prospect throughout the project life cycle.
As a partner and Chief Operating Officer in Titan Technologies (had exclusive marketing rights for SAP software in the NY, NJ metro area), Mr. Belli was directly responsible for product engineering, professional consulting services and the finance division. He directed all aspects of strategic planning, change management, banking relationships and investor/public relations.
